Mike Troje

President

Mike holds a construction management degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead and also a degree in civil technology/land surveying from North Dakota State College of Science. Before joining Midwest Construction Group, Mike gained many years of experience as an estimator/project manager in the Twin Cities, Fargo and Tri-State area.

Paul Johnson

Safety/Field Operations Manager

As the Safety/Field Operations Manager, Paul oversees the field staff to ensure clients receive the highest quality of work that they deserve. Additionally, Paul enforces industry and OSHA safety standards throughout the company further backing our commitment to safety. Paul has worked in the construction industry since 1978 and, through his broad experience in the municipal, production, manufacturing, light industrial, education and financial sectors, he knows all the ins and outs of the construction process.

Helen Martinez

Office Manager

As the office manager, Helen is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling office operations and project activities. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from University of Mary. Helen brings 16 years of industry experience including project coordination in healthcare and residential construction projects as well as management of survey and aviation project.

Jill Kostolanyi

Assoc. AIA/Project Manager

Jill has over 5 years of experience in design of both commercial and residential construction projects. Her background includes project management of light commercial projects, design of residential homes and assisting architects through schematic, design development and construction document design phases. Her specialties include using programs such as Revit and AutoCAD for floor plan layouts, computer massing models and renderings. Jill holds a Masters of Architecture and Bachelors of Environmental Design from North Dakota State University.
